Faculty of Public Health Conference

The Next Decade: What is the Future of Public Health?
Faculty of Public Health Annual Conference,
Imperial College London, Wednesday 7 July 2010

This year the influential FPH annual conference is taking place in London for the first time and just after the general election. With a new government getting ready to decide on its new health policies, we think it couldn't be a better moment to have a conference about the big ideas and the big chances the next decade will bring.

Our The Next Decade: What Is the Future of Public Health conference will bring together some of the biggest names in health as well as those who work outside public health but have an influence on government, policy and public attitudes. Just some of those who are confirmed to speak at the conference include Secretary of State for Health, Andrew Lansley, eleven time Paralympic gold medalist and campaigner Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, Tony Jewell Welsh CMO, Julian Le Grand and Dame Carol Black.
